Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Photography (DoP) to join our creative team. The DoP will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our productions, collaborating closely with the director to bring the creative vision to life through expert cinematography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Concept Development: Collaborate with the director to develop and execute the visual style of each project, ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision.
• Camera and Lighting Oversight: Select and set up appropriate camera equipment, lenses, and lighting to achieve desired aesthetics. Lead and manage the camera and lighting departments during production.
• Shot Composition: Plan and frame each shot to enhance storytelling, considering elements such as depth of field, focus, and composition.
• Technical Management: Make decisions on film stock, lenses, filters, exposure levels, and other technical aspects to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Post-Production Collaboration: Coordinate with the post-production team to ensure the desired visual effects are achieved, including color grading and visual effects.
• Team Leadership: Direct and supervise the camera crew, grip, and electrical departments, ensuring effective communication and execution of the visual plan.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Photography or Cinematographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical expertise and creative vision.
• In-depth knowledge of various camera systems, lenses, and lighting techniques.
• Proficiency in framing, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
• Familiarity with post-production processes and relevant software.
• Strong artistic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and execute the director’s vision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
